eMailMan

EMailMan is an application for sending e-messages to users about offers or advantages available to them.

Messages can be sent via e-mail or SMS.

User database is managed in the application. You can customize your database with a few simple mouse clicks (for example: You have client’s lists database with names of their children. You can add this list to your database with just a few clicks.).

Clients can subscribe or unsubscribe via form on your web page. This form can be integrated on a company’s web page or you can provide a link on your web page.
Subscription system prevents abuse and needs no administrator intervention.

You can filter data into groups and send messages according to selected filters.

Sending messages is simple thanks to preconfigured templates. All you need to do is compose a message. You can transfer content from different data sources (Word, Excel, web pages etc.). A WYSIWYG interface is available for composing messages. A preview of the message is also available before sending.

eMailMan works very well with the Prize draw application, developed entirely for user data acquisition.
